From December 11th to 13th, GT SCIEN proudly participated in SEMICON JAPAN 2024.

SEMICON JAPAN is one of the largest and most prestigious exhibitions in the semiconductor industry, held annually in Tokyo, Japan. The event serves as a platform to explore the latest trends, foster networking opportunities, and showcase cutting-edge innovations in semiconductor manufacturing, design, and equipment technologies. It also provides a comprehensive look at advancements across the entire semiconductor ecosystem.

At this year’s SEMICON JAPAN, GT SCIEN exhibited its toxic gas purifier for acid use at the booth of our Japanese partner, TOMOE SHOKAI. We were also delighted to highlight the advanced technology behind our TOGA filter.

The on-site response to the toxic gas purification system was overwhelmingly positive, and we are looking forward to even greater collaborations with TOMOE in 2025.
