Terms and Conditions

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose, etc.)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the terms and conditions of use and procedures of all services provided by the GTSian ("the Party's Site"), the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters of the users and the party's site.

Article 2 (statement and revision of terms and conditions)

Article 3 (Definitions of Terms)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
1.User: A person who receives the services provided by this Site under this Agreement.
